Ugh this is so awful 😫

@Hal71 : It gives a whole new meaning to the word “ Justice” , it only applies to certain individuals , it doesn’t matter to them what the long term effects may be on the other parent , my child was brain washed so bad to the point she told lies about me , was told she was going on a two week African Safari trip etc ... because she was old enough to choose who she wanted to live with the courts allowed her to pick , I had no say in the matter but in the documents that I have that was used in court against me puts all blame and admits that my ex- has an alcohol problem. My lawyer took my $8,500 just to tell me that the other two lawyers agreed with him that I was st no fault , but I should be glad that she would be safe , and that 4 years isn’t that long . No child should be able to choose to live with another relative in another state when the other parent was doing everything right and nothing wrong , I don’t even know what my daughter looks like now , or where she goes to school , but her father does as she visits him but yet I have no contact , she won’t speak to me , they blocked my number , and i still have joint managing conservative , but yet my parental rights have been violated constantly . The damage is beyond repair now , my scars I’ll have for a lifetime mentally. Emotionally and physically .

@Karmabites : I know exactly how you feel. Parental Alienation is Child Abuse and should be treated as such. I have struggled with a story just like yours for 12 years. It is so sad for us, but much worse for all the children affected. I would Love to hear your story and share mine sometime. We really need a support group in Pearland for people who are going through this. I am suffering from PTSD because Of my narcissistic sociopath EX.. Who do you call when even the cops and courts don't believe you? It is a living nightmare.

@sandraw : I pray for the children affected. We need awareness to this issue . It affects children all over the world. It's emotional abuse and it's so sad children should have all the love that God gave them.

@Hal71 : I will always stand up for a child that suffers from any situation such as abuse and neglect, and at some point this has to stop letting those abuse the system , the blind eye has to be open and voices have to be heard , speaking out , standing up for what is just plain right from wrong , and consequences need to be paid for those proven they have done wrong , I’m not looking for glory from this , I need to be able to be to tell the story that needs t be heard so that I can try to find peace , and maybe some closure

@Karmabites : I’m so sorry. I had no idea you and your daughter are the victims in this. It saddens me that Texas used to be a mother’s state in situations like yours, and now it seems they aren’t anymore. I wish there’s something that can be done to rectify this. I’ll sure keep y’all in my prayers, and I do mean that. I’ve been through hell and back with my ex, back when Texas protected women. I eventually got full custody of my son and daughter, only because she **** off the judge. Anyway, I’ll remember you and your daughter in my prayers. Hang tough like you have been doing.
