Tell us a bit about your business: What does your business offer, and how long have you been around?

Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services, also known as PC&MS, has been in business since March 5, 2005. Based right here in Pearland, we provide cleaning and maintenance services for homes, businesses, and newly constructed or remodeled properties. We use eco-friendly cleaning practices whenever possible, providing effective cleaning solutions while being mindful of the environment.

Over the years, we've taken on all kinds of projects, from keeping offices and retail spaces clean to getting newly built homes ready for their owners. We also handle floor care, pressure washing, move-in and move-out cleanings, and general property repairs. Our goal is to give every customer dependable service and quality work they can count on.

How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?

PC&MS got its start in 2005 in the Greater Houston area. We wanted to provide reliable cleaning services that

met each customer's needs and build lasting relationships along the way.

Every property has different needs, and we've learned that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. Medical facilities need careful sanitation, schools need cleaning schedules that work around their students and staff, and businesses need their spaces maintained without disrupting the workday. We also work with contractors who need construction sites cleaned before a project is finished and real estate professionals who need homes ready for the market.

Residential customers are another important part of our business. Whether someone is moving into a new home, finishing a remodeling project, or simply needs help keeping up with household cleaning, we want to make the job easier and give them one less thing to worry about.

What is your favorite part of running this business?

The best part is knowing we've done a good job and that our customers are happy with the results. We take pride in leaving a property clean, well-maintained, and ready for whatever comes next.

Building relationships with our customers is just as important. When someone trusts us to take care of their property and continues to call on us, that tells us we're doing something right. We work hard to provide dependable service and treat every customer with a personal touch.

Owning a business has given me the opportunity to work toward financial independence and have more control over my time. It's rewarding to build something of my own, grow the business, and see that hard work pay off.

Who is your ideal customer/client?

We work with a variety of customers, but some of our best partnerships are with general contractors,

commercial

property managers, retail businesses, office managers, and medical facilities.

For contractors, we handle the cleanup that comes with new construction and remodeling projects. That can mean cleaning up during different stages of a job, getting the property ready for its final walkthrough, or taking care of those last details before the space is ready to use.

Retail stores and showrooms need to look their best for customers, so we pay close attention to floors, display areas, fixtures, and other high-visibility spaces. We work with offices and medical facilities that need consistent cleaning and maintenance to keep their buildings in good shape.

After being in business since 2005, we understand how important it is to show up, do the job right, and be someone our customers can depend on. We want to build relationships that last, and we believe that comes down to hard work, consistency, and taking pride in what we do.
