Tell us a bit about your business: What does your business offer, and how long have you been around?
Accurate Plumbing Services is a locally owned and operated plumbing company proudly based in Pearland, Texas. Since our founding in 2019, we have been committed to serving our community with dependable, high-quality plumbing solutions. We specialize in residential and light commercial services, offering everything from clogged drain repairs and water heater installations to full home repiping. We also handle gas line work—an area many homeowners may not realize is within a licensed plumber’s expertise.

How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?
The company was born out of a partnership opportunity in 2019 with our Master Plumber, Mike. He was looking to return to residential plumbing under his license and needed a business partner to oversee operations. While I did not come from a plumbing background, I brought experience in building and managing businesses, along with a strong focus on professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence. Together, we combined technical expertise with a commitment to modernizing the customer experience in the plumbing industry—delivering a level of professionalism and courtesy that truly stands out.

Prior to launching Accurate Plumbing Services, I owned and operated several small businesses, including a car wash that I successfully sold in 2023. That experience provided a solid foundation in business management, while Mike’s extensive field experience and Master Plumber license ensured we could deliver exceptional workmanship from day one.

ompetition?
Today, we are incredibly proud of the reputation we have built within the Pearland community. With over 350 five-star reviews online, our customers’ feedback reflects the care and pride we bring to every job. Our goal has never been to complete a one-time transaction—we strive to build long-term relationships and become the trusted plumbing company families rely on for years to come. We also believe in accountability: when mistakes happen, we make them right. From the beginning, our philosophy has been simple—do what you say you’re going to do—and that principle continues to guide our success.

What is your favorite part of running this business?
One of the most rewarding aspects of running this business is the opportunity to support both our community and our team. The work we do not only serves our customers, but also provides for the families of our employees. During slower periods, we have made difficult decisions—including taking on debt—to ensure our team remains supported. That level of commitment is something we take seriously, and it reflects the values at the core of our company.

Who is your ideal customer/client? Who do you serve best?
Our ideal customer is a homeowner seeking a reliable, trustworthy plumbing professional—someone they feel confident recommending to family and friends. Word-of-mouth referrals continue to be a cornerstone of our growth, and we work hard every day to earn that trust.

Can you tell us something about yourself as the business owner? What is your background?
Entrepreneurship has been a constant throughout my professional life. While not every venture has succeeded, each one has provided valuable lessons that have shaped the way I approach business today. Accurate Plumbing Services represents the culmination of those experiences, and I am proud of what we have built and where we are headed.
