I used to make my own, but it is just too much anymore. We don't eat a lot, and pasta is one thing it is hard to make just a small amount.

You are insane! I haven't too much time for that, unfortunately. As far as I know, decent pots start from $300, aren't they? Sometimes it's easier to buy yogurt for $3-4

@FrankMC : Thank you for the lovely compliment, no one has called me insane in a very long time. No, on Black Friday you could get them for less than $50. 00. It isn't just about the ($3-4), it is about what is best for us. I like the yogurt I make better, and I know what is in it. The texture is better, and so is the flavor. I am so crazy, I also grow as much of our food as I have room for, and have even been known to make bread from time to time! It gets worse, I also can, freeze, and dehydrate food, and cook most of our meals from scratch. No, I am not insane, nor am I a prepper. I made yogurt years ago, probably before you were born, and it was a much more involved process. I made most of my kids clothes, and cooked meals from scratch. These were choices I made, and still make. If I didn't want to do this, trust me, I wouldn't. Doing things like this are relaxing to me. 1
