They sure do and that's honestly what it looked like to me at first also. Can't tell you how many times i've set things (that are not worth donating) out by the road and before the trash pick-up comes, it's gone.
@HillCountry : Yes me to...then there are time I have just put stuff by the road with free sign...there is usually always someone that needs are wants it.
