I'm going to make chicken and white bean chili in the crockpot tomorrow. With cornbread. Really looking forward to it. I always make my own chicken broth/stock and keep some in the freezer. The last time my son smoked chicken on the grill he gave me one of the carcasses to use. OMG it made the best broth for soup, you wouldn't believe!

I love Chili but am thinking of making Italian White bean soup tomorrow. Don't have the recipe yet!
