It was Split Pea and Ham last week and tomorrow we'll have Brunswick Stew.

I have chili in the fridge, not sure what tomorrow will be. I have plenty of home canned chicken and turkey broth, I may work around that.

@Stealth83 : my wife made beef stew yesterday and also beef stroganoff. She does that because she works Wednesday thru Friday and my son and I just have to heat it up.

Chicken tortilla soup.

OK, tonight is just plain potato soup. Potatoes, onions, celery cooked in chicken broth till tender. Stir a little bit to break up some of the potatoes to thicken, add milk and a little heavy cream. French bread or corn bread, bacon bits and cheese if wanted.

Chili today. Thinking about beef stew Friday. I also made a half pot of chicken noodle, using strategically broken spaghetti noodles so we'll see how it turns out hahaha anything hot and liquidly is good when your cold, though!!

I love Chili but am thinking of making Italian White bean soup tomorrow. Don't have the recipe yet!

@Juniebird : I'm also making white chicken chili. I use hatch green chile from NM! I need that heat to warm my soul.

@susieq : Oh I love potato soup... I love potato ANYTHING!

@R.R.R. : That's easy. Brown Italian sausage, set aside. Make 7 bean soup mix according to package, add in sausage and simmer!

@Blackbird : Thanks, I have 7 bean soup mix in the pantry, a wonderful idea!

@Stealth83 : Exactly what I made! I soaked the beans overnight and used 3 different types of beans!! Omg… best ever., and perfect weather
