@Stealth83 : my wife made beef stew yesterday and also beef stroganoff. She does that because she works Wednesday thru Friday and my son and I just have to heat it up.

OK, tonight is just plain potato soup. Potatoes, onions, celery cooked in chicken broth till tender. Stir a little bit to break up some of the potatoes to thicken, add milk and a little heavy cream. French bread or corn bread, bacon bits and cheese if wanted.

Chili today. Thinking about beef stew Friday. I also made a half pot of chicken noodle, using strategically broken spaghetti noodles so we'll see how it turns out hahaha anything hot and liquidly is good when your cold, though!!
