We are. It was really difficult for him to give that up(can you say perfectionist?), but now admits it is easier. I confine my time outside to early morning or after the temp drops. We do still manage our own flowers/plants and my raised garden beds. Our latest car repair was changing out the battery in my truck, and that was no big deal. Anything else, and it goes to the dealer...."

"My wife immigrated from East Asia and I remember the first time I took her to the supermarket. She spent an hour getting ready and wore a nice dress with high heels and had even washed and curled her hair. We pushed our shopping cart around while she was in awe by the size of the store, the availability and selection of the produce, and the (formerly) low prices.
I wish people would dress up more often...."

"I'm young enough, and healthy enough, that I got thru 3 rounds of CoVid. all of them very mild. I had the first 3 vaxxes, too, and I think why that was why they were so mild. I've never had the flu shot, but that's another funny story, and I've had the flu often enough I don't seem to get it anymore. I will get a shingles shot in the near future, but that's it.
