I reported a guy and his young son going from car to car and tapping something credit card size on drivers' car door handles at Kroger in Shadow Creek. Guess it pops some cars open. Can't believe you would teach little kids these things.

Another thing I read years ago is if you do carry a purse, strap it in your seat belt with you. Morbid though it seems, people will steal your purse at an accident, if they can. If it is strapped to you, it is more likely to leave the wreck with you.
