The Pearland Police Department is still investigating multiple claims of a local Dollar General cashier who made some female customers feel VERY uncomfortable. On Saturday, October 7, around 6:00 PM, a female complainant showed up at the Pearland Police station to file a report about a Dollar General (located at 2020 Main St in Pearland) cashier purposely showing her his penis. According to her statement, the incident occurred earlier that evening while she was finishing her shopping trip and paying for her items. She noticed the cashier was touching or scratching his crotch area on the way to the checkout stand, but she didn't think too much about it. However, once he was behind the counter, she noticed his penis was all the way out of his pants which obviously startled her. She added that he stared at her in a way that told her he was doing it on purpose. The victim quickly grabbed her stuff, flew out the door and drove straight to the Pearland Police Department. After an initial investigation, Detectives discovered the male cashier had at least one other similar accusation against him that was filed with the store manager recently. This one involved him walking by a female customer in one of the aisles and bumping into her. According to her complaint, she turned around to find out what had happened and saw that his genitalia was exposed completely. She asked him what he was doing and he quickly ran off towards the front. After hearing witness statements and going through other evidence, PPD secured a warrant and arrested the cashier on Thursday, October 12. He was identified as 18-year-old Noah Emile Washington from Pearland.Washington faces one felony count of Exposure/Indecency With A Child and two counts of Indecent Exposure. Investigators believe there could possibly be more victims out there.
