This is just down the street from me. I just reviewed two days of footage to see if I can find the car on my cameras, and no go. Then I realized that from the time she got out of the car she was hiding her face (you can see the full captured video on Ring's My Neighborhood). My bet is she knows the homeowners and knew they were getting deliveries. If that was a fedex package delivered on 11/23 she showed up within an hour or so of the delivery. That or it's a fedex conspiracy! LOL.

@Stealth83 : I learned a few years ago that temporary tags aren't regulated (or weren't then at least) like permanent tags are. There are shady businesses out there that make money printing temp tags for $5 just so people don't have to register vehicles. Crazy.

I am assuming she is a professional because she is wearing a hat, sunglasses and has her face covered using a phone always looking down. She probably regularly follows behind FedEx trucks from a distance targeting different subdivisions. She will have her real licence plate covered using a temporary plate while she is working inside a neighborhood. Once she gets back on to the main road she will pull off the temporary tag, take of the hat pull down her hair and be on her way.

That's mis-matching door color on the passenger side should be a easy give away!
