The City of Pearland has received a Top Workplaces of 2023 USA award from Energage, a leading research firm that specializes in employee engagement and workplace culture each year across the United States. This year, Energage invited 42,000 organizations to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey.
This award is based on the results of an anonymous survey of the City's employees, who provided feedback on various aspects of their workplace, such as leadership, benefits, and overall job satisfaction.
