Last night at 9pm, this thief was caught on video (I can only post photos), stealing our zapper. He was so brazen that he disregarded the sign outfront that warns there is video surveillance and that all the lights were on. He also took his time examining the item first before looking for the outlet to unplug it from, unhook it and take the shepherds hook as well. He was so calm like he has done this many times before. If you recognize him please let me know? I have also filed a police report. Thank you.

@Inb0913 : i have no idea but the videos i have showed he was walking in the dark areas of the lawn and the dark parts of the next door neighbors lawn. Alone.

Very sad that this boy is doing this. Which side of town are you on? You might try the middle school and/or jr high near you to see if the teachers or principal know who he is.
