UPATE: Due to inclement weather, the traffic switch on Old Alvin and temporary road closure of Jasperstone have been rescheduled for Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Please use alternate routes to exit the subdivision at Pearland Parkway. The intersection will reopen later the same day with a temporary transition ramp to the new pavement on Old Alvin. This temporary intersection closure will facilitate completion of widening of the road to four lanes.Traffic will now travel one way northbound only on the west side of the roadway until further notice. The school driveway will remain closed until the start of school, and two-way traffic at Shadygate will be diverted to one side of the entrance.Additional Traffic Advisories will be published as warranted to inform the public of new developments on the project, including changes in traffic circulation patterns as the work progresses. Please obey all construction zone signs and flaggers, and be aware of construction equipment and personnel within the work zone.
