@mnucas1 : I'm another to count themselves lucky. 5 of us too. Our mama & her 3 sisters were orphaned in 1935, my grandmother died in childbirth & my grandpa not equipped during the depression to work & care for a newborn & 4 little girls the oldest 8. To this day it amazes me how those girls who barely remembered their mama were such sweet mothers. She passed in 2011 at 83. Near the end she told me she wanted to go home. I told her I was trying my best to make it happen. She said, "No sister I want to go home". She was ready. She made it "Home" the next morning. Boy I bet that was one grand reunion!
