No it was what I ordered with the understanding I had 30 days to return. Must pay for restocking fee. That was not true. Once it came in the door it was mine 😞

@Stealth83 : As long as the NEW policy was clearly explained.
You really have no recourse, especially if you failed to read the contract before signing. I have been burned too many times because I didn't want to take the time to read the
contract, fully understand it, or ask the "right" questions.
NEVER trust a salesman they will tell you whatever you WANT to hear for the sale.

So they said you had 30 days, and they'd pick-up and charge you restocking, and that was NOT in the paperwork you signed? Turns out that once delivered it's yours? I see why you're upset, but next time, get the salesperson to point out those details, with a highlighter, before you signed. I learned that trick the hard way myself.
