4 to 5 lbs of country style ribs, or pork butt. 1 large onion, 1 large tsp of Salt and pepper. 1 tbls of oregano, 1 tbsp of cominos, 6 garlic cloves, squeeze 2 to 3 limes, 2 large orange and throw oranges in, 4 Bay leaves. Cook on high for 3 hrs, switch to low for 5 more hours...and pull meat, pull apart and broil or not. You know the rest...Enjoy, V.

cominos ??? If I live here long enough I hope to learn more

since moving here ... I always just used chili powder till someone
told me about cumin... My cooking knowledge is expanding !!!!
