@Vbase1: Good Morning! I skip breakfast most of the time unless I grab a bowl of Rice Krispies around 9ish. I do make bacon, eggs,home fries and biscuits or toast on weekends.🥓🍳🥛

@Vbase1 : I'm a breakfast person too. Nothing big, but just something to get my day going. I pay the price if I don't eat something.

I very seldom eat breakfast. But I do love breakfast foods so sometimes I have breakfast for dinner.

@Vbase1 I was trained to be a breakfast person... but I am usually up close to
an hour before I eat so I can sit and enjoy it and watch the morning news..
must have caffeine first... My grandmother used to have breakfast
ready when our feet hit the floor... Smell the bacon and that got us up !!!

Light breakfast so I don't starve and snack before lunch...it's said breakfast should be high protein...but I love carbs...pancakes, waffles, biscuits, bagels...why can't carbs be good for you 😥😅
