I love No Bake Cookies! I made them yesterday before throwing out my back and ended up in bed the rest of the day and probably today…

but whatever the kids want I will bake... choc. chip and or
oatmeal raisin ... and warm...

Sorry about your back, Patty. I hope it gets better quickly. A few years ago, I got together with 2 of my sisters, a sister in law, and 3 nieces. They brought along maybe 4 other people, and they decided they wanted cookies. Since we were at a cabin a ways from town, nobody wanted to go buy any, so I made these, a double batch. They were all eaten, and more requested. They became known as "cookie crack" that weekend. A couple of weeks later, my niece called and asked if I would send her my recipe of "crack." I gave it to her, and now her family eats it all the time.

@Patty18: Oh I'm so sorry! I have lived with slipped disc problems and sciatica problem so I know how debilitating it can be! Lived on a lot of ice packs over the years. Take it easy so you can heal!! 🙏🙏
