A 10 min. power nap is wonderful!!

No power nap for me!! Unless I can nap for 2+ hours, my body would be even more tired

but I can nap almost anywhere

Nap Time in the afternoon would keep me awake at night...
but relaxing with a good movie in the afternoon would be a good
thing for health reasons... and more sleep at night !!!
Anyone agree with this ???

I have trouble sitting still to watch a movie, I am up and down doing things. Since I also seem to have insomnia, sometimes a short nap is in order.

@NJ99221: when my kids were little and we'd sit down in the evening to watch a movie together as a family, I would invariably fall asleep. They always teased me about it. Sometimes I'd hear them - "there goes Mom" - as I was drifting off. Back then naps were a luxury!
