I prepared all the casseroles and cornbread dressing today. Heck, just for fun, I made the mashed potatoes and sliced the can of cranberry sauce too. Now everything is *melding* in the fridge til tomorrow.
We did end up making mac and cheese at the last minute. 11 year old looked at the food and asked the classic question, "What am I supposed to eat?" So, he got mac and cheese, like countless other picky eaters across this country.
