Pearland PD Visits Austin For Fallen OfficersA group of Pearland Police Officers and family members made the trip to Austin yesterday to honor fallen LEOs from across the State of Texas.
On Monday morning, the Pearland Police Department's Honor Guard participated in a procession to the State Capital. The Peace Officers Memorial is being held this morning, May 1st, 2017 at the south steps of the Capital and PPD was honored to carry a fallen officer memorial flag with rose and shield in remembrance of Officer Endy Ekpanya. Endy was also recognized during the service along with all Texas peace officers lost in the line of duty the last two years.May all Officers that have fallen in the line of duty Rest In Peace.
