I am a graduating senior at Prairie View A&M University in the studies of Business Management. Through course work and past experiences I have developed skills in communication, sales, and customer services as well as being adept with computer systems.
My background includes many jobs that were heavily customer service based and sales related. Most recently, I worked in providing customer service and retail services to customers. My responsibilities included handling and upselling customer merchandise such as premium items and retail, making sure work areas were constantly left in a clean manner during and at the end of every shift, and handling all monetary transactions during that shift.
Previously, I worked as a key holder at Smoothie King. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints, as well as overseeing the close of the shift. Furthermore I have collegiate academic course knowledge in management and other similar subjects that I can bring to the table.
