Having a broad range of talent and management experience, Jack is a veteran US Navy electronics technician with over twenty-five years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing managing over 300 direct employees. Performing operations, supply-chain, and quality system management, he has designed, developed, and programmed customized database and management applications used to drive process and quality improvements to deliver both revenue growth and profit. Jack is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has valuable knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, machinery, and methods. Jack became a small business owner in Shanghai, China in 1994 when he partnered to establish Badlands, a Tex-mex restaurant and bar.
