MartiMo : O'Days is even better than ACE with the helpful hardware man. They have everything I need and the help I need. Another reason I shop local. But you need to check out that metal designs shop. Leave it to Pearland to have such unique places.

Thank you for the heads up about this local business. I looked at the link and am impressed that they custom make each piece of furniture! The samples are gorgeous!

Superior Metal Designs contributes a portion of its proceeds to Ruff to Rescue Express (RTRE). Ruff to Rescue is a local Dog Rescue group in Houston, Texas. To date, RTRE has rescued and rehomed over 2000 dogs.

I am in need of a couple of pieces of plain, not stainless, steel and a not automatic battery charger. Every battery charger I find is automatic, and I am about to resort to lawn mower blades for my steel.

Pearland Lumber is also a Pearland family owned tradition. The Loessin family has owned since the mid 50s. And they have very knowledgeable associates. No offense to the big box places but except for a few older employees you aren't going to find any help in the aisles
