I wonder what our foreign guests, here for the FIFA, think of our weather and response to it? I'm doing my best to just stay home and hunker down, and the rain hasn't even been bad here, yet. This could be fun.

@Blackbird: I'm some are a little disappointed. They can't fully enjoy some of the activities they would like to. But they can still enjoy the city. Since a lot of them probably have never been to Texas.
