Wednesday warm Fall temps today Y'all!
Happy hump day, it's going to be another hot one with a possible record hot afternoon. Emoticon

Do you want a friend for life? This beautiful yellow-bellied slider turtle is available from the Houston Humane Society. She doesn't bite, doesn't mind being handled, will take little fish out of your hand and, best of all, could live another 30-40 years!
So, maybe get ya a cool turtle today. 🐢

It is warm today! I was out this afternoon and could feel the sun burning my skin. There is a slight breeze but it is warm air.
My granddaughter had a pet turtle for a while but it got too big for the tank she had it in so she released it in their pond. Getting a pet that can live 30-40 years is a commitment!

OMG , I have had several turtles here at my house. We just got rid of a 50 gallon set up for the two we had. They are adorable, but just like any other animal they grow. I enjoyed them but it got to be to much. We had to give them away. Now we have two parakeets my grandson got for his birthday. at the rate we were going there for a minute we were gonna become just like Petco.Lol I'm ready for it to cool off.❤️
