Waste Management Update from the City of PearlandDue to increased volume, Waste Management is behind on green waste collection and will return to residences that have not had green waste removed next business day. Please note, excessive storm debris, such as whole sections of fence and trees are not green waste and will not be picked up by Waste Management. Please follow green waste/heavy trash collection guidelines, as noted in the link below, or find alternate methods of disposal (taking to a local dump, using a Bagster, etc). City of Pearland residents are required to use clear translucent bags for their green waste. Brush or tree limbs must be cut to a length not to exceed 4 feet, tied in bundles not to exceed 18 inches in diameter and no more than 50 lbs in weight. Landscape waste and lawn clippings may be accumulated and placed in clear bags for collection and recycling weighing no more than 35 pounds (Ordinance 181-8, Section 12-6).
