@ChrisB1986 : If you notice odd behavior that's when you need to notify PPD. PPD has a website that you can make them aware of any type of behavior that you are not comfortable with. It is anonymous.
@Jlo1973 : sad that it's getting more frequent, but please be a good neighbor. If you see something that doesn't look right call the PPD. That's why we pay taxes. A lot of folks don't call the Police, think it's not necessary, let the Police be the judge of that. Pearland is a awesome place, WELCOME!
