Who remembers this ? If you ever got a perm?

@NannyB Perms were the reason I had curly hair ... and when I had
to get a fresh cut and another perm I would cringe... I always
blessed those gals when they worked on me... I saw a man getting a perm once ... I chuckled to myself , but darn he looked sexy when
he left the shop !!!!

@NJ99221: My aunt kept my hair permed when I was little and boy did it stink!!! I loved my curls and didn't want anyone brushing them. I was a mess!! Hahaha

@Jellybean: I had natural curly hair, Shirley Temple had nothing on me. The my would sometimes put those darn sponge rolls in my ponytails and made them extra curly. But I was cute. Lol

Yes my hair was naturally curly also. Mom had my hair long and would wrap my hair around her finger and they were just like Shirley Temples.

@NannyB : Wasn't the brand Toni for home perms - many years ago?
