PDC anyone living in the area of Old Alvin and Walnut experienci
PDC anyone living in the area of Old Alvin and Walnut experiencing little blinks of your lights or power surges. this has been going on at my house for the past three hours. I wonder if something is wrong with a transformer or are they working on something? Anybody else have an issue with their lights blinking?
NannyB : I live in west
but see homes are having problems in the area.
