Suspect Arrested in Multiple Pearland Indecent Exposure IncidentsOn January 2, 2026, at approximately 12:15 p.m., Pearland Police officers responded to an indecent exposure incident in the parking lot of 11037 Shadow Creek Parkway. The victim reported that while she was sitting in her vehicle eating lunch, a blue SUV parked next to her. The male driver exited the vehicle, stood outside, stared at her, and exposed himself while masturbating. The victim provided a detailed description of the suspect and the license plate of the vehicle.On January 6, 2026, Pearland Police were contacted by the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office regarding several similar indecent exposure cases in the area. Investigators determined the same suspect vehicle and license plate were involved and identified the suspect as Damond Linsey, a registered sex offender.On January 7, 2026, the victim provided dash camera video footage that clearly showed the suspect and the vehicle. Investigators confirmed the individual and vehicle matched Linsey and his registered vehicle.After reviewing the evidence, the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office accepted charges. On January 8, 2026, Damond Linsey was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure, a state jail felony, with two prior convictions.This case remains under investigation.
