The Bird-Friendly Spaces Program aims to build corridors of wildlife habitat that support birds, limits the threats birds face in urban environments, and connects all Houstonians to the wonder and beauty of nature. Together we can improve life for birds, for ourselves, for future generations, and for our city.This program was developed by Houston Audubon's 2021 Young Professionals Advisory Council to be inclusive of people with all different types of spaces. Whether you have acres of land, a small balcony, or no outdoor space at all, anyone can join the Bird-Friendly Spaces Program!This FREE program includes stickers for each bird-friendly action, a discount on your next Natives Nursery order, a monthly newsletter, two tickets to Houston Audubon's Raptor Center, and more! Display your stickers on your notebook, water bottle, laptop, or on a Bird-Friendly Spaces yard sign (available for purchase).
