Wiltz said his objections and Points of Order were missing from that official record. He believes residents deserve an accurate account of what happens at public meetings, especially when elected officials raise concerns.Wiltz says the special meeting he's requesting would serve several purposes: creating a full public record of the August 10 meeting, checking whether the rule changes line up with the city charter, and correcting the minutes if needed. He framed the issue as bigger than any personal disagreement, saying it's really about whether city government stays transparent and accountable to the people it serves.
