You Could Own JJ Watt's Pearland Home

JJ Watt has decided to upgrade his digs a bit and is selling his house here in Pearland. It is listed on Zillow for $465,000.

I am curious if the fact that HE owned it would sway a prospective owner's decision?? And think of what kind of credentials that person would have as a fan...
