Happy President's Day!! I hope you enjoy it! I am still fighting an awful cold So I'll stay in!! One good thing…it's not Covid!!

Yes, zinc lozenges do work. If others are exposed get them to use it 2 or 3 times a day for a couple of days too in case they start to get it. Not little ones though due to choking hazard or dosing restrictions. There is some evidence the liquid supplement form may help with diarrheal infections though. so check with their Dr. Just remember to not overdo it.
