the egg and finish the pan frying. 🥚 I think the 🥡 is the flavoring in their sauce.

Do you use long grain white rice or something else? Mine tends to be more sticky than when I order take-out. I have heard that cold rice works best so it is suggested to cook it the day before but that doesn't seem to help me.

Km6464 : Long grain as it has less starch.
I prefer to use steamed rice. Sometimes buy frozen,
InnovAsian brand Sticky White Rice, a Japanese-style that goes
well with any food. 🍚 🥢
