Dawson High School: Gabriel Alatrash, Sheldon Baertlein, Aditya Bhagat, Gilberto Bravo, Grace Brown, Landen Cox, Cristian Garcia, Charles Hackworth, Isabelle Hildebrandt, Amanda Hopfe, Kaleb Jackson, Daniel Jacob, Cyril John, Joann Jung, Joshua Linerode, Ziyuan Lu, William Lucas, Ethan Montes, Michael Pair, Travis Reed, Jonathan Robin, Avnish Sekharan, Anusha Sen, Zoya Siddiqui, Evan Stringfellow, Andrew Swafford, Ryan Tan, Tanush Thirunagari, Riley Toner, Amanda Yee and Ziqi Zhan.

These students rank among approximately 34,000 commended students nationwide who are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise.
Although they will not continue in the 2024 competition for National Merit scholarships, commended students placed among the top 50,000 scorers of more than 1.5 million students who entered the competition by taking the 2021 Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test.
