Yes. It looks like it is a legit foundation but there is a scam saying that they are giving away money. It is on the BBB scam tracker and several other sites.

Unofficial Contact Info: Communications instruct you to text obscure phone numbers or email generic webmail accounts (e.g., MSN, Gmail, Outlook).
If you receive one of these messages, do not respond. Block the sender immediately and report the attempt to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or the Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker.
