@Stealth83 : Gringo's in Pearland Town Center has outdoor seating with no cover. Yall might prefer that while there isn't rain in the forecast.
Los Cucos has outdoor seating with cover. Jimmy Changas off 288 has a patio out front w/cover but I can't recall seeing any tables out there when we went. If you choose Los Cucos, ask for their Los Cucos sauce on the side. It isn't on the menu anymore but it's great with carne guisada and even better with their carnitas.

@Stealth83 : Taco Cabana off 518 just down from Business Center Dr. has a patio. I think it's covered also. It's on the west side of 288 across from Town Center.
May not be fancy enough, but I like their food.
