Join us for Head for the Cure 5K at Pearland Town Center. Lace up your running/walking shoes and make a meaningful impact at the Head for the Cure 5K coming to Pearland Town Center on September 27, 2026. This inspiring community event brings together families, friends, survivors, and supporters to raise awareness and funding for brain cancer research, education, and patient support. The event includes a timed 5K run and family-friendly walk, survivor and caregiver recognition, kids’ activities and community booths, as well as music and refreshments.
