We had a leak from the February freeze. Their response time was average during normal times and exceptional from what I heard of others waiting weeks and still not knowing what day their plumber could arrive. All the leaks were fixed and tested to make sure the job was complete. They even came back later to check. I highly recommend them. ~Veronica W.
