The City of Pearland paid tribute to all the heroes of 9/11 yesterday morning with a Remembrance Ceremony with the help of their first responders and guest speakers, especially retired NYPD Sergeant Craig Gardella.

On 9/11/2023, the Pearland Police Officer's Association - FOP Lodge 119 solemnly remembered the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, and the incredible acts of heroism that emerged from the chaos. The brave men and women of their emergency response teams demonstrated unmatched courage and selflessness, reminding them of the true meaning of heroism. Let them never forget their sacrifice and honor their memory by standing together as a united and resilient nation.
