Guided Night Hike THIS FRIDAYReady to experience a new side of Pearland? Join the DNFC for the next Guided Night Hike! The hike is this Friday, Nov. 11, at the Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail, starting at 6:30pm. Last month, they saw armadillos, deer, and even heard coyotes howling in the distance! Guided Nature Hikes with the DFNC are family-friendly evening hikes that take place at different nature hot-spots around Pearland. Each hike is tailored to search for different varieties of local nocturnal wildlife like Wild Night Hikes, Owl Prowls, and Bat Walks!You’ll have an opportunity to learn from their knowledgeable staff about the natural environment and wildlife found at the Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail. Small groups of participants will walk the trails with their staff at the lead. Staff will point out interesting features, important habitats, and visiting wildlife during the hike.*A registered parent or guardian is required for all children under 18 years old. *Children 3 and under are welcome in strollers and do not require a reservation or registration fee.
