The Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters

Please help the Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters National Crisis Summer Adoption Event through July 31, 2022. The SPCA of Brazoria County is in desperate need of Adopters and Fosters! Can you please open your heart and your home to a homeless pet?

ALL adoptions are only $25 until the end of July thanks to Cathy Bissell and The Bissell Pet Foundation's #EmptyTheShelters event! SPCA of Brazoria County is completely full at the shelter and Mad Cattery so they have oodles of awesome dogs, cats, kittens and puppies for you to choose from! After today, there is only four days left of these reduced adoption prices so come find your forever friend soon.

It's sad how many people are abandoning their pets after adopting during the pandemic after deciding to go back to work.

I will never understand why people just let their animals out on the street. A pet is family. They love you unconditionally no matter what. They trust you with their life. Please help and foster or adopt. Find room in your ❤️.

It's like a weird mental illness to view a living being as a "thing".. like a toy or something.
I'd adopt so many animals if I had the money. They are quite expensive.
What's really weird are the people who spend 1k or more on a baby from a breeder and then dump them or give them up to a shelter or astranger, or neglect them to the point that they have a very short life.
