Pearland Fire Department will be setting a room with sprinklers and a room without sprinkles on fire, and you'll see in real time how quickly a fire spreads and how quickly sprinklers can put out a fire! Don't miss it!The Pearland Fire Department will be showing residents the importance of having a sprinkler system installed in the home with a live fire burn.The live burn will compare a house fire without a sprinkler system in place against a house with a sprinkler system in place in a side-by-side demonstration.The event is free to attend and will take place in the Lowe's parking lot. Pearland Fire Department will be on scene to educate attendees and tend to the fire.Lowe's Home Improvement is located at 2741 Broadway Street, Pearland.
