Pearland Theatre presents “Leader of the Pack”
Experience a night of music and theatre at Pearland Independent School District with PHS’s Pearland Theatre production of “Leader of the Pack” on Jan. 13-15 and 20-22 at 7 p.m. in the PHS auditorium (3775 South Main).
PHS’s Pearland Theatre presents “Leader of the Pack”, a hit Broadway musical retrospective that celebrates the life and times of Ellie Greenwich, whose doo-wop sounds skyrocketed to the top of the 60s charts. The story of Ellie’s rise to fame and fortune is punctuated with several of her biggest hits: “Chapel of Love,” “Da Doo Ron Ron,” “Be My Baby,” “Hanky Panky,” Do Wah Diddy Diddy,” “And Then He Kissed Me,” and, of course, the title song, “Leader of the Pack.”
