Brazoria County at their Howl-O-Ween Adoption Spooktacular on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.! Come Trunk or Treat, meet their dressed up adoptable pooches, join in their costume contests and much more! The pet costume contest starts at 12:00 and the children’s costume contests start at 1:00 p.m. Jinks Links will be serving haunted hot dogs, and they will be making deconstructed Caramel Apples.
