@Stealth83 : Robbery is becoming a common trend on the west side of Pearland, especially in the Shadow Creek Ranch area. You will have to search hard to find any published numbers. Everything is on the hush hush. Once all the apartments are built out I'm sure it's going to be a hard fast decline for the west side of Pearland. I'm waiting for my son to graduate in 4 years and am trying to come up with an exit plan. I Hope my home value doesn't plummet before then.

@Stealth83 : Sad, but odd that the alarm didn't go off and there's nothing on the security cameras.

@Stealth83 : Idk but that second robbery sounds kind of fishy. How could both the motion sensors AND cameras fail? Maybe insurance fraud?I don't know these people or had even heard of the store before so sorry if someone gets offended.

@MalluGuy : I don't live in Shadow Creek Ranch, but here in Southwyck, I haven't seen any burglaries or robberies in the 11 years we have been here.

Do they have more than one location? The address I get is 3108 Dixie Farm Rd Suite 109, Pearland, TX 77581 and that is not on the West side. It's on the east side of town.

@Dorothy : You may not have seen or heard anything because that is exactly what Pearland police want. A simple search on crimereports.com shows Multiple incidents in the southwyic Area in the last 6 months. They only do 6 month intervals because they don't want you to be scared of the true numbers
